I volunteered Dan and I to chaperon the Tri-Stake Dance this week! We were in charge of supervising the dance and also got to patrol the parking lot, luckily we didn't find anything there! We did however catch a couple smooching behind the church.
Once they saw us they left pretty quickly! We felt pretty victorious!
Dan and I went with the Environmental Science Club to St. George over the Presidents Day weekend! We did some research in the Mohave Desert and were also able to play!
Above St. George up in red rocks there it something called the 'Slit in the Rock'. And as you can see it is a very narrow slit that people can climb up. However it is only for the brave of heart and the non clastrophobic! I got half way and couldn't handle how clastrophobic I was, Dan on the other hand did it a couple of times!
Even though I was too chicken to go threw the Slit in the Rock, I still can live on the edge!
A Couple of the Environmental Science Club members and us at Zion National Park.
Dan is a romantic! I came home on Valentines Day to a clean house and flowers! Then he took me out to dinner and a movie. I gave him a cactus for Valentines, which I know doesn't sound really romantic, but he really has been wanting one!
