It took 8 months and 2 days

It only took Jack 8 months and 2 days to figure out how to crawl! A couple of days ago we were sitting on the couch watching T.V. when I noticed Jack crawling over to our laptop cord. We decided to pull him back to see if it was just coincidence. He did it again and again! It is funny how things just click all of a sudden.

The next day we weren't sure if Jack would remember his new found skill. Without skipping a beat our little Jack crawled all over our house. It is quite fun to see him enjoy his freedom!

Rainy Cali

If you haven't heard, California is super rainy right now! Jack really hasn't been around the rain much, being a California baby and all.

Our hoodies have come out for the rainy weather.

Since the kids have been deprived of going to the park this week we went to the mall and played at the indoor play area. Jack and Gavin had fun in their cool sports car!

On the way to and from the mall I caught Jack and Gavin holding hands in the back seat! How cute is that?

Finally!

Jack has been a good sleeper, however he has still been waking up one or two times a night to eat. However he will go right back to sleep after eating so I haven't really been complaining. Well two nights ago I decided it was time to let Jack cry himself back to sleep when he woke up to eat. And at 2am we got to listen to him cry for 40 minutes. He didn't wake up again until 6am to eat, so except for the 40 minute episode we basically slept all night. Well last night we put Jack to bed at 9pm. I expected that he would cry again but probably less. Well this morning at 6:30am our alarm went off and we realized that Jack didn't even atempt to wake up in the middle of the night! We are so proud of our little Jack and hope that he keeps this up :)
